| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 志賀氏菌屬（Shigella）是一類革蘭氏陰性桿菌，是人類細菌性痢疾最為常見的病原菌，通稱痢疾桿菌。 細菌性痢疾是最常見的腸道傳染病,夏秋兩季患者最多。傳染源主要為病人和帶菌者,通過污染了痢疾桿菌的食物、飲水等經口感染。人類對志賀氏菌易感，10～200個細菌可使10～50%志愿者致病。一般說來，志賀氏菌所致菌痢的病情較重；宋內氏菌引起的癥狀較輕；福氏菌介于二者之間，但排菌時間長，易轉為慢性。 |
