| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome，PRRS)也稱豬藍耳病，是由動脈炎病毒科動脈炎病毒屬的豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒,(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus，PRRSV)引起的一種嚴重的病毒性傳染病，該病以引起母豬的繁殖障礙、仔豬和育成豬呼吸道癥狀及高死亡率為主要特征。自1987年首次發(fā)現以來，該病廣泛流行于世界各主要養(yǎng)豬國家和地區(qū)，已成為威脅養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的主要疫病之一。2006年以來，由該病毒變異株引起的高致病性豬藍耳病(Highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome，HPPRRS)在我國廣泛流行給養(yǎng)豬業(yè)帶來了巨大的損失。 |
