Mediated by glycine. Subcellular Location: Cell membrane. Cell junction, synapse, postsynaptic cell membrane. Tissue Specificity: Primarily found in the fronto-parieto-temporal cortex and hippocampus pyramidal cells, lower expression in the basal ganglia.
